Brief Intro

• In 2011, Tsinghua University Golf Association (THU Golf) was founded

• Undergraduate, graduate, master's, and doctoral students at Tsinghua University including those enrolled in MPA, MBA,MEM, EMBA, TiEMBA, and FMBA programs are all eligible for membership

• The current members are from China's Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Province of China, Singapore, New Zealand, Pakistan, France, Germany, Korea, Japan, Canada,Mexico,United States,Brazil,United Kingdom,Switzerland,Croatia,Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, and other regions and nations

• 250–350 members overall per academic year

• More than 1,000 THU Golf alumni members worldwide

Our Goals

• To promote golf at Tsinghua University and help members' game by teaching them new techniques

• To Assist in the general improvement of Tsinghua students' abilities

• To provide a welcoming platform for students to learn golf through classes, exercises, tournaments, and other modalities

• To offer a social platform and a golf learning platform to on-campus students

校 队 简 介

• 清华大学高尔夫球队成立于2015年

• 初期校队只有屈指可数的几名队员，大家自行报名、组织训练、参加比赛

• 随着校队与协会的融合发展，吸引了越来越多对高尔夫球感兴趣、有基础的朋友加入与球队的交流、学习之中。逐步取得了一些佳绩。

• 我们相信，高尔夫文化一定会在清华园逐渐普及，高尔夫校队也会在未来越来越好、为校争光！

About the Team

• In 2015, the Tsinghua University Collegiate Golf Team was founded

• When the team first started, there were only a few players. Students signed up, planned practices, and competed independently

• As the team and the association have grown together and developed, more and more students gathered to participate in team discussions and learning activities. Promising outcomes have been attained gradually

• We are confident that Tsinghua will gradually adopt a golfing culture, and that the team will continue to improve and bring honor to the university

Hello everyone! I’m Qiyuan Tong, currently studying at the Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance. Golf is not only a sport full of challenges but also a bridge that helps us make friends and relax. As the president, I will lead the association in carefully planning each event, helping more Tsinghua students experience and grow fond of golf. Hello everyone! My name is Chen Ziyi. I am an undergraduate student in Qiuzhen College and a member of the golf team. I started to learn golf at the age of 9. In the past 12 years, golf has not only become a specialty and hobby for me, but also helped me to make friends with many like-minded people. At the same time, it is also a kind of will training for me. I look forward to you joining Tsinghua Golf Association, and let us feel the infinite charm of this sport together!

I am Chloe from Singapore, and it has been about two years since I picked up Golf. When I first came to Beijing, I found it hard being apart from my friends and family and being alone in a foreign place. After joining our association, it feels like I have found a home away from home. I have made the best memories and friendships here and wish to encourage more people to fall in love with golf!

Hi everyone! I’m Ren Valeryia from the Master’s program in Industrial Engineering at Tsinghua University. Coming to Beijing for graduate school was both exciting and challenging, but joining the golf team made everything feel a lot more like home. Golf has always been more than just a sport to me - it’s a way to connect with people, to challenge myself, and to find balance beyond academics. I feel very grateful to share the course with such amazing teammates, and I’m looking forward to making more great memories and friendships together.

I’m Jeannie Cheng，a sophomore at Tsinghua University Rixin College. The Tsinghua University Student Golf Association is a warm community. Starting from scratch here, I gradually mastered the skills of golf and deeply appreciated the unique charm of this sport. I am Chen Weijia,you can call me Frank, a MPA student from the Class of 2024 at the School of Public Administration. The Tsinghua University Student Golf Association is a vibrant organization where members support one another and facilitate skill-appropriate learning and networking opportunities for students of all levels. Through this association, I embarked on my golf journey from scratch and have since come to appreciate the allure of this sport. Here, I have forged lasting friendships and acquired a new athletic skill. I'm Antony Chen. My passion for golf has lasted for more than 10 years, from ruining tee boxes to now being able to coach others, golf has become an insperable part of my life. Joining THU Golf has presented many networking opprutnities with other golf enthusiasts at Tsinghua, and I hope this family can continue to create the vibrant community it has. I am also the Co-Pres of the UBC Student Golf Club. If you ever find yourself in Canada, don't hesistate to reach out! I'll be more than happy to host you.

As the advisor and former President of the THU Golf Association, I am excited to have you join us. I have been playing golf since the age of 7 and have represented both Tsinghua and my undergraduate university NYU in regional golf tournaments. One of my proudest moments was to help Tsinghua clinch the overall champion during the 2019 collegiate tournament held in Beijing. I look forward to sharing with you tips and secrets of golf!

I'm Kang Jian (Nick), a master's student at Tsinghua University's Department of Automation. It's a lot of fun to be a part of the Tsinghua University Golf Association. I picked up the game of golf completely through the association and became fascinated with it. I've made friends and learned a new athletic skill here.
